With a live night approaching, I just want to dive more into the storylines we're seeing at the F10:
The fall of Angelica/Genki
Angelica came into the F11 in an absolutely amazing spot. She had her relationships with Nikki/Kyle, she had a relationship with Robbie/Molly DESPITE voting Olivia out. She played things absolutely perfectly. That being said, however, she threw that all away this last round. I don’t think Angelica realized that burning Robbie/Trey a second time was completely burning that option from ever being realistic path. On top of that, individuals like Michael/Kaitlyn were never going to work with Angelica long term. MOLLY on the other hand was at least going to be an option for her in the coming rounds. Angelica’s thought process for this decision was that she didn’t want to look like a flip flopper… which I get… but if she wasn’t intending on flipping to Robbie she at least needed to be upfront with him about it so he didn’t feel so scorned. Had she been honest, I think Robbie would have tried to work with her again. Now, everyone assumes she’s not going to be reliable in the future. I believe that her mismanagement of people last round is going to be her undoing.
Genki made a similar mistake that Angelica did. I do not blame Genki for playing his idol, because had votes been cast a minute earlier I genuinely believe Genki would’ve been the vote. That being said, everyone has now caught onto the fact that he/Angelica are not 100% upfront with anyone when it comes to their intentions. In order for Genki to have any chance at succeeding moving forward, he needs to cut Angelica loose and play a free agent game.
The rise of Chris
I know I have given Chris a hard time this game, but that’s because he 100% deserved it. That being said, however, Chris has been playing reallllly well since he won that first immunity challenge at merge. The thing that Chris has going for him is that he’s not selfishly pushing his agenda on other people, but he’s also not being a pushover either. Chris’s strategy these last two rounds has been to build his agenda around the better interest of those in power, so that they see him as useful. Having the flexibility to BUILD an agenda and create a false sense of power among the bigger personalities is the way to go with this group. Robbie, Trey, Michael, Kaitlyn, Angelica, and Nikki all have expressed seeing Chris in their long term plans. It’s quite literally such a 180 and I’m so proud of him now :’) I would go so far as to say that if we’re looking at the overall odds, Chris has the best realistic chance at winning this game no matter how things go. Obviously this could change… but it’s my stance right now.
The chaotic genius
Michael Brady has had a perfect balance of strategy and entertainment for the duration of this game. Is he a paranoid mess? Yes! Is he playing a great game? Also yes! Michael has had to battle with a threat level all game, has been a key number in a lot of these votes, but the REAL thing Michael has going for him is that he’s extremely self aware in terms of where he stands in this game. He knows when he’s at the top, and he knows when he’s on the bottom. More importantly, when he knows he’s on the bottom he knows exactly who he needs to talk to in order to fix his situation. His game does hinge on other people understanding his logic at these key times, which is scary. His attempt at winning Robbie over now does seem like the best thing he can do for his game, and his pitch to keep bigger threats in the game is likely the only way he’s going to make the end. That being said, however, I do think he’s going to get clocked and eventually get voted out. Regardless though, I’m loving what he’s providing.
The other chaotic one
Nikki honestly gives off a very similar energy to MB in this game. I have LOVED watching Nikki in this game because she’s blunt, not afraid to push her agenda, not afraid of strategy, but has also been fun from an entertainment prospective. The flip on Olivia? She did that! The thing that separates her from Michael, however, and the thing that puts her below Michael is her lack of self awareness. Looking at the way she presents herself to individuals such as Robbie, she has the tendency at being too blunt and making them want to target her. People also think she is inflexible, which makes her impossible to truly collaborate with. I really do not see a path where people let Nikki make it beyond the F8 of this game. Her threat level is now too big and multiple people have discussed letting Nikki go. Her only hope hinges on MB’s decisions these next few rounds.
Robbie's battle with himself
Robbie has been a great addition to this cast, no matter how hard we’ve been on him in the past. Robbie came to play the game to the best of his ability, and he has a lot of great things going for him. Watching everything with 100% of the knowledge makes it easy for us to judge how people think in this game. I genuinely do understand a lot of Robbie’s decisions if I put myself in his shoes. Being scared of OG Aparri and Nikki makes sense when you don’t know how honest people are being with you. I think that Robbie is going to find himself in a spot these next few rounds where he has to bend and do things he doesn’t want to do. He’s also going to need to trust people that he doesn’t want to trust in order to make some key votes happen. I know that as someone who wants to play such a hard game, this is going to be difficult thing to do. He is responding to this adversity really well, and I am so excited to see where Robbie’s game goes from here. I really hope he doesn’t let paranoia get the better of him and I’m so excited to see how his idol comes into play.
The Kaitlyn/Willow Dilemma
Kaitlyn/Willow are two people I love to death! I think that from our perspective, we see the value in their game. Kaitlyn especially has had to overcome a lot and has used her social skills to maneuver from the bottom all the way to the final 10 of this game. That being said, however, they are not the aggressors in this game and as a result I worry that neither of them have a real chance at winning this game. I am really hoping to see a shift in one/both of their games these next few rounds. As much as I love MB, I want Kaitlyn to slit his throat and be able to claim everything she did in this game in order to earn respect. I am not sure if these two will realize it on time, but I’m rooting for it. Kaitlyn gives me hardcore Michelle Fitzgerald vibes and I am going to hold onto hope until the bitter end
The Trey Dilemma
Trey is the textbook definition of a floater, in the sense that I do not believe anyone sees Trey as their number 1. I think that if people are looking for an easy vote, Trey could be in danger, but if he’s able to survive the next few votes I think he has an easy path to the end. As a floater, it’s easy to sit by and let other people make moves. Trey will not win this game unless he starts being aggressive and pushing his agenda. I know this is something newbies often get scared of (except Logan… may he Rest In Peace) but I’m hoping Trey is able to shake the stigma people have of him before it’s too late.

Also a note about Kyle because I haven’t mentioned him yet - He’s been great in this game, but I think he hasn’t done the best job hiding his social capital. People are going to view him as a jury threat and he’s going to have a very hard time making the end of this game. Instead of letting people take the limelight, I think Kyle needs to be more aggressive with his decision making these next few rounds and embrace his positioning in order to keep as many people in the game who like him as possible. I don’t think this will work though :/
