First three reveals -
Samantha: The fact that her first game was a win shows how much potential she has to do well this season! She seems like she is going to rely heavily on her social game, but I'm hoping she sees this second opportunity as a game to make more strategically crazy moves. I think Samantha is naturally going to do well in this game, but because she is no longer an ORG newbie it's going to be important for her to treat this game as a totally new game.
Michael (Brady): We all know he's got an old school reputation of being a great player, but he is coming off a 14 month skype game hiatus so there's a chance majority of the players don't recognize him? I think Brady is going to be one of the most strategically savvy players we have this season, and I'm personally excited to watch him play because I can tell he's so excited to be on the cast. I think Brady's biggest challenge is going to be rooted in the savvy nature of those around him. If people clock that Brady is playing a good game, he's going to be out early, but I have faith he can hide it and make friends with his tribe.
Niki: She's super sweet and has a heart of gold, but I am not sure how savvy she's going to be on a game level. Niki's best hope at doing well this season is going to be rooted in taking the initiative to find a solid alliance, and making sure people see her as a useful ally. I worry that Niki might try to take this game too slow and as a result she might be left in the dust by some of our aggressive players. I'm praying Niki proves me wrong!

Well these three reveals already come in strong huh?
Samantha: I play Among Us with Sam every once in a while and this as well as her run in Havoc is enough to tell that she is very quick to grasp onto the concept of things even if she never did them before. I haven't gotten to know her quite well but I'm sure that after winning her first game with zero Survivor knowledge what so ever she's going to be on to watch.
Brady: It's Brady! He's a super competitive "crackhead" and you never quite know what to expect from him. He always starts off balls to the walls and never taps the break so his future in the game very much depends on how well he connects with the people in the cast and whether he's able to play it cool in the beginning and not go too hard too fast.
Niki: I love me a fellow European! As someone who knows the struggle of staying up for these games I have a lot of respect for her to be doing this to herself on the regular recently. From what I have seen of her, she has a very good head on her shoulders, and I'm sure that she's very capable of reflecting on her recent eliminations and figuring out what she could do better or where she should do things differently. I'm definitely excited to see the development!

Samantha: I myself am super excited to see how Samantha does here, she won HAVOC and was iconic, her type of gameplay will be impressive and I strongly believe she will win this time.

I am new to all of these players so far...Samantha looks like a big power player but can she keep the threat level down

Disclaimer: I have no idea who is a newbie and who is a returning player. This is purely off of what my tiny pea brain processed when watching their videos.
Samantha Well connected Queen, major props to her for winning her first ORG. I had a lot of the same issues with my first org not knowing how much time you need to put in. I think she knows what she needs to do differently in her second org. Listening all the way through she said she wants to create drama, let’s gooooo. My only concern is that she is going to play too hard and intimidate people but hey that’s what you gotta do sometimes. If I don’t draft her she’s a top pick in my heart. Final Verdict: Early/Mid Jury
Michael I’ve never played with or watched Micheal play but I know he’s been in the org community for a while. Excited to see him play for the first time! OMG fellow villain, already rooting for him. Love that he’s playing some selfish gameplay. As a more experienced player I think he knows what type of strategy it takes to get far, let’s see how his org break has affected his competence. Definitely a player I’m watching for backstabs and drama and if he makes the final tribal I’m fully expecting a bitter jury. Final Verdict: Late Jury/Final Tribal
Niki She seems like such a nice person, I’d love to be in an alliance with her. It seems like she plays a pretty honest game (maybe a floater?//1/1/?!?) so hopefully they’re able to weave in some deception this season. I’m glad that she recognizes that she needs to make her allies bigger targets than herself. I’m not expecting many big moves from her but I’m happy to be proven wrong! Final Verdict: Pre/Early Merge.
Logan Love the decor, loving the vibe. Social media risk taker that I do not believe is 22, show me the proof. I fucking love his Bob and Betty analogy. So far I’m looking forward to watching his recorded calls the most. He’s got big visions and if he can pull it off he’s gonna go far. My predictions for Logan is that he’s going to weave a big web of lies that’s either going to get him to the end or blow up in his face. Final Verdict: Mid Merge/Early Jury
Olivia Fellow underdog, I love the confidence if a bit scattered in the delivery. Energy 10/10, Execution 6/10. She doesn’t seem like a big strategist but would definitely want to take a shot with her. Cat is my favorite. She seems extremely likable and I think her social game alone is going to get her pretty far. Doesn’t seem like she’s quite ruthless enough to win. Final Verdict: Early/Mid Merge

I'm so excited that All Out is back! No offense season 3, but I am in need of a palate cleanser after that muddled mess.
Let's take a look at the first few reveals!
Samantha: Where I'm from we call her the Queen of Staten Island and the Queen of HAVOC! Let me start off by saying that while viewing her game in season 2 of HAVOC, I definitely counted her out early...but I will not be making that same mistake here. Samantha was constantly the decoy boot and on the verge of going home pre-merge that game and she had a hard time after tribals piecing together who actually voted where. People strung her along, told her lies, but she kept on dodging eliminations simply because she knew how to stay calm and be rationale despite being on the wrong sides of the votes. Once she made it to merge, players saw her as an easy extra number and someone they could win against, but Samantha never let that bother her while she watched their games implode around her. Then she won a crucial endurance immunity and didn't let anyone drag her to the end, claiming the crown and the win. Samantha learned a lot from that game and I do think she will be more socially involved in 1 on 1's then in HAVOC which will help her know where the votes are and who is really lying. I am a little wary that she wants to bring some fire and drama to the game this time. While I love that side of her outside of the game, I think that was the one thing that kept her safe in HAVOC is staying out of the drama. But she played with Katie Vander Vliet and Amanda Pasqualini and I think she wants to play a more exciting in your face game. I think Samantha will be in the game for the long haul and I hope that she doesn't get herself in trouble by being too confrontational this time (which ironically was what I was worried about the first time I watched her play).
Michael Brady: I have never played a game with him nor watched how he plays, but he did host me in The Challenge ORG and he was really professional and did a good job managing the load of the hosting duties for that season. I'm not worried about him going early like some people are. I think even if they are aware of his reputation, they will like him enough to keep him around and think they can get rid of him in the later stages of the game. He's been around the ORG block, so I think he will be integral to helping his tribe lock in early immunity wins. I have yet to see who else he is up against, but he's up there as a contender for the win in my opinion. Especially if he learns from all his past games what went wrong and had a nice break to reflect.
Niki: Immediately seems non-threatening. I could see her being an early consensus boot on a losing tribe or be the one that sits pretty on a winning tribe and then becomes an early merge consensus boot. I hope I am wrong, I do like her. But I'm not sure how the other players will use her in their games and I do not see her taking on a leadership role or dictating votes.
Logan: He seems like the player people will want to target because he is doing too much...but then when they talk to him they will be put at ease. Until afterwards when they talk to someone else and immediately want to take him out again. I think the women will want him out, but I could see him getting into a bro alliance like Spitzer did last season. I hope he really does have good reads on the game and implements his strategy and doesn't just do things because he has a list of crazy plans he wants to try. He could be good if he is subtle, but from this intro I'm not really getting subtle. I think he has the brains to win some challenges and stay safe, but I don't see him gaining too many people's trust in this game to make it very far.
Olivia: For someone who didn't give us a ton of actual content, I did like Olivia personally and could see myself rooting for her. I hope she and Samantha team up at a swap or merge and run the show! I think Olivia could be a good person that everyone trusts on her tribe and I hope she knows how to properly manage information when it comes to her instead of spreading it to everyone. Olivia, I am looking forward to learning more about you in your actual intro video!

Niki - She got a bad swap in Endure 10 and was just voted out prejury, but she's still been super-active in the prejury chat. I think she's antsy to sink her teeth into another game and redeem herself. Olivia - I'm taking a decade-long break from ORGs because I had to play one full game with her, but she's a super-invested fun villain that's amazing to watch from the VL side. She's truly Danny Butler-tier ORG casting; whatever her placement ends up being, it'll be a fun ride...at least for the VL

Logan - He seems absolutely insane!!! He created a worksheet to analyze his fellow tribemates, he sends literal books to his production chat, and he’s a newbie so he has no reputation!! I’m super worried he’s going to play too hard too fast and get caught in a few lies, but regardless of if he gets 24th or 1st I think he’s going to give us a lot of things to look forward to from an entertainment perspective. Olivia - I think she is simply going to be the likable girl who relies on her social game. I don’t see her being the person who finds herself in trouble unless she gets swap fucked. Interested to see how she maneuvers and if she’s going to be able to finish as strong as I predict she’ll start. Also LOVE a fellow cat lady like myself Molly - If you haven’t watched her VL video yet, you are very much missing out!! She is the quirky oddball girl that I want to watch succeed. She’s a bit nerdy, but do not let this fool you because she also seems to be very game savvy. I get Sophie Clarke vibes but I think she’ll be the sweet/fun version! I think she will likely get far as long as she puts effort into talking to people. Rocky - I have played with Rocky before, and Rocky was a mess in this game LOL. He says he’s changed since his first game, so I’m curious to see if he’s changed for the better or worse. He seems like he is going to be coming into this game with business on the mind, which might cause him to get tunnel vision on someone or something. If that happens, he’ll be out early, but I think he’ll be okay for the first few rounds.

Samantha - never watched survivor but obviously hasn’t hurt her. Got her name thrown out a lot in the last game. I just noticed her accent, beautiful, lovely we love to hear it. Believes she is social forward in the game. Wants to change her strategy and be more strategic. Doesn’t wanna seem like someone on bottom will definitely come back to bite her in the ass if she tries to over play... I see her playing too hard and being a bit too confident especially since her first ORG game experience is a win. Sounds like she’s gonna have big-move-itis®.
Michael - High energy to start with, absolutely love it. Been about a year according to him since he’s played, that’s usually a good thing. Accountant... Alex 👀. Says people call him a villain but he doesn’t see himself as a villain. He says he’s a “gamer” (I’m assuming this means in terms of strategy). Wants to play like his favorite Tyler from Big Brother and ah sure okay sounds cool. Risk taker is a big plus but again big-move-itis® might get to him. Doesn’t mind failing early if he plays big so I like him. Been since 2015 since he won sad, I’ll root for him. I like his approach to the social game.
Niki - This is the queen. Smart, right off the bat says none of this strategy talk pregame matters cause it all depends on who she’s with and what the circumstances are. Not a drama starter, plays safe, sad. No problem lying but doesn’t wanna do it. Shares idol/idol clue information... big yikes sorry I could never haha.
Logan - the “fake it” shirt is killing me XD. Will do anything. Undergrad in communication, will come in handy probably. Risk taker, but says he’s fiercely loyal to his final 2/3 deals which would pose a problems the deep game. 1-3 lies per round 😂 mans has a whole schedule for his lying. Minnesota Kilby vibes.
Olivia - confident love it! Like her energy, says she will be entertaining. She said she has cats so now I have to like her of course that’s how it works lol. Situational mindset, very good. Says people like her. Says she is bad at setting up the end game. Try to make other people look more like a threat than her. Wants an Olivia Cult 😂 she is one of my favorites as of right now. Her cat is just walking in front of the camera, beautiful. We better get these Powerpoints
Molly - The croissant killed me. Her fucking video is just making me wanna live. She’s definitely gonna be a favorite if she puts half the effort into being an entertaining personality as she did into that intro video. Oh no... oh no not a... a... a teacher! Ahhhh the flashbacks, get me out of here! (Haha had to get one Kari reference in here). Sniffs out fear, strong power. Gonna play a calming person and try to relax people and make them feel good with her.
Rocky - I don’t even need to watch his video, I live for Rocky. He wants to play a hard game, he’s gonna be entertaining. He is always in the know. Third place goddess so let’s hope he doesn’t pull a me.
Kaitlyn - young person of the cast haha. Good energy. Wants to play an honest game... sorry girl I could never. Didn’t really get much from her, it’ll be interesting to see if she can hold her own.
Trey - Cheez-It. The video is... well it’s not bad. Says his favorite season is winners at war a little recency bias. When asked who’s his favorite player he says that he would say Denise but she’s overrated and then proceeds to name one of the most overrated people in survivor Parvati as his favorite. Not a knock against him cause obviously that’s my opinion 😂.

Molly Molly seems great. Lawdy her video had me busting. I love her vibe and think we’d make a killer tiktok together. I think she’s going to play a very strategic game and makes some smart moves. She self proclaimed to not have the strongest social game which makes me worry for her being in the know of certain situations. It’ll be especially important for her to establish an alliance early on to make a deep run I think. Final Verdict: Pre/Early merge
Rocky Rocky, oh Rocky. My lovable alliance member that was part of my final three deal in the last game I played. Let me tell you, Rocky was LOYAL in our game together; that being said, Rocky was also a mess. I’m super curious to see how his game has adapted and evolved and gets some votes if he makes it to the end if not win it all! Hopefully he doesn’t get stuck on playing the master manipulator and get caught in a web of lies. Final Verdict: Mid/Late Jury.
Kaitlyn She seems like an absolute kind soul, picture of honesty and sweetness. I think she’s going to get eaten alive. I think that she’ll either become an easy early target because she’s not playing hard enough or go under the radar as a non-threat long enough to pick up some game knowledge. Final Verdict: Pre-merge
Trey Trey is my best friend in real life. He’s an absolute sweetheart and is going to attempt not to default to a floater game. I can’t make an unbiased opinion of how he’s going to play but I personally enjoyed his video. I think if he puts in the time he’ll get really far on his social game alone but he might flop otherwise. His biggest enemy is going to be himself. Final Verdict: Pre Merge/Final Tribal (I’m biased)

Molly: If she is half as entertaining as her VL intro video was, I will be all aboard the Molly train! She's intellectual, but plans to hold back some of the big words. What will that look like? Is she going to use fillers like man, dude, cool? I think she could pull it off, but I hope she brings out the big words in her confessionals. Molly seems fun to be around and will likely be an asset in the challenges. I like the odds of her making it far.
Rocky: He talks about being loyal to a fault while also being the kind of player to turn on people if he needs to...so which is it? I'm guessing it's more the former since he is usually a third placer. I think he wants to be the cutthroat player he was talking about and maybe this is the game to actually do it. I think if he can recognize what he wants vs. who he is instead of blinding the two, he may have a clearer path to the end and locking in a win instead of third.
Kaitlyn: Antoinette 2.0 . I even closed my eyes during the video and I just heard Antoinette. I think she's going to do well too if she plays like Antoinette, finding her group, staying loyal, and riding it out to the bitter end. She talks about knowing there is a time to be snakey, so hopefully that involves less transparent lying than her previous archetype.
Trey: Not going to lie, I didn't scroll down enough on his reveal and I thought his name was Cheez-it for a good minute. Anyways, Trey initially gave me season 3 Ben vibes, but as I watched the video I think Trey is a bit more quirky. The Sahara is too big, but I don't think I would be bold enough to say it on camera. He's the king of multitasking and staying hydrated during his interview. I think we could have all done without the trip to the bathroom, but I guess he's ready to show his allies that he has nothing to hide. I could see him sticking around to at least merge in this game and possibly endgame, but I need to see the rest of the cast before I get too confident in that prediction.

Logan: He seems like a pretty chill guy who has the strategic mindset that you need in this game. Often people don't get that sometimes you need to stir the pot between Bob and Betty when it's convenient, and I'm excited that there's someone who already owns that he's not afraid to do that. Also love his lights! Olivia: That's a queen. I only got to play a little side game with her where she got criminally robbed but it said enough about the type of player she is. She really doesn't come off like that in the beginning but she doesn't shy away from anything to get further. I've not seen her do bad in a game yet and I don't think that'll change this time either. Molly: She's really out here serving us a mukbang, huh? What an iconic intro. I'm already in love with her, and I hope that she's able to adapt to the change of pace from Sequester to a longterm game because a lot of people who transition from the minis seem to struggle with that. I do believe though that she has the mindset to realize that change very fast. Rocky: He's a social god. He's usually one of the more connected people in a game because of how easy he is to talk to but sometimes that can result in him getting caught up in too much. If he finds the right people and doesn't end up sticking his hand into too many cookie jars then I think he has potential to make it super far. Kaitlyn: She wants to play an honest game? I respect that a lot but I don't think you can play a 100% authentic and honest game in Survivor, ever. A blindside is already being part of a lie ;-p - If she holds true to it then this could go 50/50. If she's just honest to the people she's aligned with she will be fine, if she's gonna try and be honest with EVERYONE then she might find herself in a tricky spot. Trey: Ohi, Shawn Mendes! This intro seemed like a full on studied choreography and I have to stan. He'll most likely be one of the comedic characters of the season based entirely on that video. If he's able to bring that comedic vibe into the game as well then it'll probably gain him some friends early because I learnt that just being funny will act as some type of icebreaker when it comes to private chats. Will he be able to do that tho? We'll see. Kyle: A rat! A cheese-eating rat he is! But not in a bad way whatsoever, he just loves to jump ship as soon as it's beneficial for him and no one should truly trust him in this game unless they are the person he chooses to jump ship with at all times. I am so excited for him and I hope he takes it far this time. Jess: She's an icon. She's a legend, and she is the moment. I played Bigger Brother with her and she was my closest ally and we were able to knock out 22 other bitches without ever getting nominated until we got fucked by challenges we couldn't win. She's super lovable and can form personal bonds very easily which is what helped her go through that game with such ease. She just needs to find a strategic counterpart that she can be able to trust with everything, and then I see her taking the game by storm. I really hope to see her go far because I luv her so much

Kyle: He's a capitalist who says take every opportunity you are offered. He has no regrets about moves he made in past games, but he does regret things he didn't do...so now he is ready to do it all! He has been told he comes off as a threat, but he doesn't know how to present himself any differently or lose who he genuinely is. I like that he plans to just be himself and not put a fake persona on, but he definitely should find a way to minimize his threat level. I think he just comes of very cerebral, so hopefully he can do that internal and not be vocally cerebral around other players. There's something very captivating about his delivery. I'm excited to see what Kyle brings to the table.
Jessica: She seems wild. I think she just needs some game content to actually talk about and then she will really explode as a great confessionalist. She did warn us she will ramble, so at least she can deliver. She is here to have fun, but so far she doesn't seem like she is having fun filming this though. Can't wait to see this new mother really shake up the game.
