Night 1 first impressions and evaluation
My night 1 performance:
Overall my night one was pretty weak if I am being honest. I spent at least an 1.5-2 hours on the tribe calls at various times throughout the night. I had some weird tech issues so I think it was a little bad luck on my end. Anyway, I think our tribe is very strong, there is a lot of great people here and no one stands out as a "target" for me. I want to improve my relationships with everyone and make those bonds stronger. I would not be surprised if this tribe ends up being more straightforward and less chaotic since we are sort of in a honeymoon phase.
First Impressions:
Kaitlyn: It's her first ORG and she is super chill an easy to talk to. The last 15 minutes I was on the tribe call made me like her more than I had at the start. She seems to be the type of person I want on my side and she may turn out to be an aggressive player. I rather have that on my side than against me.
Suzi: Queen Suzi as they say in the Sequester community. I don't know if people know she was a such a presence in the Sequester community, podquester member, mini winner, etc. If I am the only person who knows this info that makes me have a leg up on everyone else. I know she will play a social game and I can use that to compliment my play style.
Michael: I hosted Michael in a Survivor mini over quarantine and he left early because of something, I do not remember. Michael is probably my token straight white guy on the tribe which means I will end up working with him.
Nikki: OMG what a queen. I do not know what Nikki the player will be like but Nikki the person is so much fun! I hope I can work with her because she is someone that can be a strong ally and person I'd work with.
Kyle: Nothing too crazy, our prod chat is starting to pop off a bit. I am unsure of him right now but he has some fun, spunky personality to him. I will have to wait and see on him.
Sam: She wasn't in the call when I was on so we just didn't meet which sucks. I think if we hit up on a call 1 on 1 then I can get a better sense of her.
Logan: Logan is so fun. He was really good at driving the call when I was on. He is also a Noobie which like half of the tribe is, so this could be someone who would work with me.
How I think the tribe sees me:
I think I came off quiet and not so over the top like the others on this tribe. I do not know if it will hurt me or got my first impression of me pretty weak. I think my next move will be to work up these one on one chats with everyone. Then show my value as a friendly face and easy person to talk with, while being a strong performer in challenges.

Some quick train of thought before I go to bed and before we attend “tribal council”
Everyone is playing the game with their cards close to their chests. The only name I heard was Sam but she said that to me in our first one on one a few hours ago. Suzi doesn’t want a girl to leave which makes sense when you look up and understood the Sequester mini Meta this past summer. If that’s the case, Suzi will only want to write down 4 people’s names and I’m one of them.
Sam is *maybe* pushing Nikki since that’s how Sam found out via other people.
I think for my game it’d be better to not play super hard here since everyone is impressed with me so far, I’m nervous that activity might be a potential hurdle here for me but I don’t think I’m super nervous that it would cause me to be targeted. It might be better for me to keep Sam around but I’m not sold on keeping her 100% either.
I’m gonna really need Michael to step up and get some footholds with his 1 on 1’s. If he becomes powerful or influential than I will as well.
I also feel relieved about my challenge performance. If I get through this round without my name popping up that’d be why. It gained me some respect from the tribe and that was the sort of momentum I needed. Strategy wise I am just gonna play up this laid back chill vibe since people seem to reciprocate it.
