I will post about the other tribe later, but Aparri left me with some thoughts...

Within the last 2 hours, Michael has become a total villain this season LOL! He's literally flipping this tribe on its head, granted most of the tribe with the exception of Sam did a horrible job with their games leading up to the fake tribal. To be honest, I've never seen a group of people play TOO hard like this and it's crazy that they're all not exploding by now. Essentially, Michael warned Nikki she was going and is now pinning it on Suzi.. which people are so quick to jump on with absolutely no proof. Nikki grilled Logan and Logan failed to be honest, so now Nikki is mad at Logan. While Logan/Kaitlyn don't trust Suzi, Michael is running to Nikki, Jordan, Kyle, etc and is planning their downfall. I am really not wanting to lose a character like Logan so early, just because he's a newbie who's bringing entertainment and good energy to a game that people get so boring with. Also not liking that Kaitlyn is being dragged down with Logan?!?!?!? NOT MY KAITLYN!!! I AM SAD AT THIS TURN OF EVENTS losing Logan this early would be the biggest travesty since losing Butler in S1 and Abby in S2... ugh.

Maraamu Round 2

The hierarchy for this tribe is pretty clear cut. On top of this tribe is Robert/Angelica by a mile, and I do not see a world where anyone “exposes” them and throws them on the bottom. Right now, they have 2 very clear paths they can take. They can either side with A. Willow/Niki or Genki/Rocky. The power is not with either one of those alliances, the power is 100% dependent on who the two feel more loyal to.

Niki/Robert/Angelica/Willow had a call right after the challenge, and basically decided that it was the best choice to target Gabby due to her being the least connected on the tribe. Angelica and Robert discussed on their own, however, if Rocky/Genki push back on Gabby leaving that they’d consider voting one of Niki/Willow. Nobody on this tribe is necessarily playing a poor game, but there does seem to be no power struggle brewing due to the two power players teaming up. Pretty passive gameplay tbh. Willow is likely going to make it far because she is consistent with talking with everyone and presenting herself as an independent player, Niki gives off more “loyal” vibes, which could hurt her in a swap or merge. Genki and Rocky are playing okay low key games, but have not done enough to secure power. Gabby is doing the best she can with her filled schedule.

Aparri Round 2

This tribe has the opposite problem Maraamu tribe has, in the sense that there is a constant power struggle. I said last round that Kaitlyn is playing the best game; however, the events of the final 30 minutes of last round have cemented her on the bottom with Logan. These two are on the bottom, unfortunately, because they have alliances with everybody and were under the false impression that people weren’t going to compare notes. What they NEEDED to do last round was not try so hard to protect Suzi. Since Michael was in an alliance with Nikki/Kyle/Logan/Kaitlyn, the push for Nikki to go home made it very clear to Michael that there was more going on. The new power alliance that is emerging on that tribe are Nikki/Jordan/Michael/Kyle/Sam. Jordan and Nikki are doing solid jobs recovering from their names being tossed out, and Sam has done an amazing job making everyone like her. Suzi is a sitting duck at this point.

Koror Round 2

Things have not changed too much since last round. There is the clear 6 of Chris/Olivia/Robbie/Kevin/Trey/Molly. Robbie is at the top of the food chain, being everyone’s #1 and #2 picks. People continue to love Molly, and I predict she’ll go far. Chris is doing a decent job at laying low. Trey’s stock is rising this round slightly due to his ability to hold good convos 1 on 1. Kevin’s stock has fallen slightly due to his lack of ability to maintain 1 on 1 convos. Olivia is pretty liked, but she is very paranoid that there are things going on that aren’t. She’s also convinced that Trey has the idol for some reason? The girl overthinks so much, but I don’t think it’s enough to tank their games. At this time, Jess/Bridget are permanently on the bottom, and their best bet at this point is to be liked more than the other.

Koror Round 2

Robbie - Number one king. Has the idol, nobody thinks he has the idol, is everybody's number one and isn't sus about it. Not much to say otherwise he's playing a spectacular game and is dominating this tribe. 

Olivia - Olivia was a paranoid mess but in being a paranoid mess I think she has risen in rankings past Molly and Chris. Her paranoia of Trey having the Idol is making her play in a way where she HAS to work with Trey which is great for my boy. Her, Trey, and Robbie have all talked about making a core 4 within the 6 with most likely Chris as their last member making her rise substantially in my power rankings. 

Chris/Trey - I think they're both in pretty similar positions Robbie and Olivia trust them both liking Chris a bit more than Trey but maybe??? trusting Trey more because he's a newbie. That's just my perception. I think Chris and Trey are both slow playing it but are solidly in the top 4/5 spots of the tribe. 

Molly - She has fallen greatly in my power rankings from the number one queen she used to be. She is sketching people out by not participating and actively deflecting game talk to try and "Keep the 6 strong." I don't think it will affect her that greatly because I don't think she'll be voted out before swap but something to consider. 

Kevin - He started off super strong but has quickly fallen in rankings. He hasn't been super active in game talk and not even really that active in social talk either. His absence hasn't gone unnoticed by the other tribe members and he is missing out on game talk that could have put him more solidly ahead of Trey. 

Jess/Bridget - Not much to say here. It was decided that they would be the first two boots on Sunday. The only out I can see for Jess is to blow up Trey and Robbie but I don't think that would get much traction since they haven't talked much game at all. Bridget remains oblivious but she has the heart. Most likely a Jess boot at upcoming Tribal then Bridget next week if they lose again. 

I'm just going to steal Charity's power rankings and give some commentary.

Aparri Round 2

1: Michael
- Ringleader of the Logan Exposed Party. Quickly solidifying his place at the top gaining trust with Nikki for telling her about the vote. His final two with Kyle by default puts Kyle up there with him but Michael is leader of Appari now. 
2: Kyle
- My draft pick is doing well love to see it. Haven't seen much of his conversations purely by association with Michael and the new five he's doing just fine. 
3: Sam
- All hail queen Sam starting the new power 5 in this Tribe with Michael, Kyle, herself, Niki and Jordan. I think she was slow playing it before but this tribe has been a mess and a half and from the ashes rises queen Sam. 
4: Nikki
- Almost blindsided but my other draft pick has started GAMING. You love to see it. With a frenzy of one on one calls starting with her call with Michael she has solidified her position from the bottom to solidly in the middle. 
5: Jordan
- Idk what to say about Jordan. He's playing okay. Almost booted but the vote got changed to Nikki. I think he purely isn't in the lowest rung on the tribe because Logan EXPLODED. Lucky dog
6/7: Suzi/Kaitlyn
- Suzi I don't really know what you're doing. You're not playing super hard and it's hurting you. Kaitlyn my UMD terrapin queen. You came in hot at the top of the pack but got blown up in the crossfire with Logan. I think Kaitlyn can still dig her way out because Michael feels a bit closer with her than he did with Logan but we shall see how things unfold
8: Logan - Logan, Logan, Logan. You played too hard and got caught in your web of alliances. I think if he backpedaled a little bit he was a very strong contender to win it but he tipped his hand when he stuck his neck out for Suzi. 

Maraamu Round 2

1. Robert/Angelica
- I hear this is the power duo of the game. Front and center dominating this tribe. 
2. Everyone else… nobody is really trying for power for this point. Social rankings for the remaining 5, however, are as follows:

- Rocky
- Has a great relationship with Angelica so I think that will keep him safe for a while. 
- Willow
- Free agent? Playing an independent game which give nobody a reason to trust nor distrust her. 
- Niki/Genki
- Honestly I haven't watched any of their conversations. Doing better than Gabby!
- Gabby
- Not exactly sure why she's at the bottom but you won Round 2 so no boot for you! 

Promise I'll do a better job of keeping up with Maraamu next round.

UPDATE - Niki has found the idol for the Maraamu tribe, and she has decided to tell ringleader Robert about the idol. Robert seems to be over the moon at the fact that Niki trusts him enough to tell him about this, so I think Niki’s overall stock in the game just went waaaay up! She’s surpassed Willow/Genki by a considerable margin.
