RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW
Alliance Rankings for me right now:
1. Chris: Puzzle shield and my confidant. He get's that this is my first time playing this game, and he's the one I'm comfortable making mistakes in front of. I can get a little too paranoid, or a little too excited, and Chris is fine with it. I feel like our brains work similarly which makes me look forward to talking with him.
1. Robbie: The man with his soul on his sleeve. I swear he has a heart of gold. I don't know if it's his voice cadence or what, but I'm telling you he could calm down a rabid racoon. Talking to Robbie is like sitting in a rocking chair with coffee and a blanket. He's definitely a player, but I know he's loyal, and I can tell he's ready to be loyal to me.
3. Olivia: All Out Production, How did you find my doppleganger? A female engineer with curly hair who played water sports and loves reality TV? That category does not have too many people in it, let me tell ya. Today she told me that she's heard the most net positive about me out of anyone in our tribe, which from my end is likewise true of her. I can tell she's also close with Robbie and Chris, just like I am. Because we are so similar, I'll have to keep an eye on making sure there's room for both of us in certain relationships going forward, but for right now I'm just enjoying getting to know her. Like she's just so gosh darn cool.
4. Trey: He scares me but I love him. We connect strategically. We both get excited about the chess game that is All Out. I don't think he's as well connected as the people I've already listed, and I like that he feels good with me. He's funny, has lots of hot takes, and I feel like we can go from talking life to game and back pretty seamlessly.
5. Kevin: HIS HEART IS LITERAL GOLD. And dang did you see him do all those pushups while "I DOn't Dance" was playing? Our chat is filled with real life questions and convos, but I always feel like I need to take time to think up a response when chatting with him. I'm not sure how much time he has to be really immersed in the Koror tribe, but he is an integral member of the Unspoken Six and gosh he's talented. He's honestly too good of a human for this game.
6. Bridget: I really appreciate the way Bridget contributes so strongly to everything, and I had so much fun doing puzzle training with her. She's so sweet, and I think if this game didn't start out so fast, I'd have more time to build up a connection with her that could possibly compete with the ones above. I feel like she's more of a slow-burn type of person to get to know. In a parallel universe, I can totally see myself grabbing pints of icecream and just showing up at her house on a Wednesday night to watch Survivor. For right now, she's our seventh, but I feel good about being closer with her than others, because I have a feeling she'll make it to swap where I will want her on my side.
7. Jess: Mama with the mostest. Had she been available that first Saturday of All Out, I think things may have been different for Jess. I really like her, and I have loved bonding with her over our shared love of acoustic alternative music. (BUT SHE TOLD OLIVIA THAT I HELPED HER TRY AND FIND AN IDOL). Let's be real, I gave her a tiny piece of information that was negligible, that I thought could go a long way in building her trust, and distract her from the reality of the Unspoken Six. (Also, I thought I was helping her by telling her that there was a password protected board on All Out 2's Merge Idol Page, but if that has nothing to do with our season, which it probably doesn't, she has been spending lots of time trying to guess passwords for a board that has absolutely nothing to do with our season, which though inadvertent, is actually pretty hilarious.) Jess is vote one, and especially since she and Bridget haven't really been talking to each other, I don't see that changing.
